Junior Chef Program

The focus and goal of this program is to educate young students on the importance of fruits and vegetables in their diet. FSA goes into schools and exposes the children to a large variety of fruits and vegetables. The children participate in taste tests and are educated on the benefits of each fruit or vegetable they are trying. They then tour the school cafeteria where their meals are made and come up with a culinary creation of their own. The students are sent home with nutritional information they can share with their parents and a recipe book filled with healthy recipes.
